INCLUSIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

Early Bird (EB) Rates:

Payment required by Friday 1 June, 2012

Speaker Rates:

Payment required by Friday 29 June, 2012

Concession Rates:

Payment required Friday 10 September, 2012, or reverts to full fee amount. Registration must be accompanied by photocopy of concession card/student ID

Full Registration:

All conference sessions, including hypothetical’s, 1 x ticket to Conference Welcome Reception (official opening and photography exhibition presentation evening), all food (during conference hours) and guided tour of posters

Monday Half Day:

All Monday conference sessions (Welcome, Keynote Presentations and Disease Outbreak Hypothetical), afternoon tea, ticket to Conference Welcome Reception (cocktail party & photo competition presentation evening)

Tuesday Full Day:

All Tuesday sessions, breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea,

Wednesday Full Day:

All Wednesday sessions, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
