Early Bird (EB) Rates: | Payment required by Friday 1 June, 2012 |
Speaker Rates: | Payment required by Friday 29 June, 2012 |
EB Concession Rates: | Payment required Friday 17 August, 2012, or reverts to full fee amount. Registration must be accompanied by photocopy of concession card/student ID |
Full Registration: | All conference sessions, including hypothetical’s, 1 x ticket to Conference Welcome Reception (official opening and photography exhibition presentation evening), 1 x ticket to ‘Celebrating Excellence – Paddock to Palate’ (networking dinner), all food (during conference hours) and guided tour of posters |
Monday Half Day: | All Monday conference sessions (welcome and Hypotheticals), 1 x ticket to Conference Welcome Reception (official opening and photography exhibition presentation evening), and all food during conference hours. |

Cancellation and refund policy
Registration cancellations received in writing by 1 August 2012 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less an administration fee of $100.
Any cancellations reveived after the 1 August 2012 will not be refunded, however transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. Full name and details of your replacement must be advised in writing prior to the conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.
