Arthritis Victoria - tell us what you need!

 

Every 2 years Arthritis Victoria (AV) carries out a consumer survey to help us plan our services and identify issues that are important to people with arthritis, osteoporosis and other musculoskeletal conditions. The survey is voluntary, anonymous and should take only 15 minutes. We will publish the results on our website by December 2012.

We really appreciate your time in filling out this survey. Your thoughts and experiences are the most important tool we have to improve the health of all Victorians living with these conditions.
