The Farmhouse is a place for  farming families living with diabetes to learn, connect and get support. The Farmhouse offers online services for farmers such as online counselling, opportunities to participate in Diabetes focused forums, chat rooms and providing the link between diabetes services in rural & regional areas and farmer.

Diabetes Counselling Online www.diabetescounselling.com.au is a national charity offering free online counselling and support to people with diabetes and their families. In partnership with the National Centre for Farmer Health (NCFH) www.farmerhealth.org.au  and Flinders University we are excited to launch  a new programme “Connecting Farming Families with Diabetes” via our “Farmhouse”. This has been made possible with a grant from the Aussie Farmers Foundation http://www.aussiefarmersfoundation.org.au/ which we gratefully acknowledge.
