The survey will take no more than 20 minutes and is completely anonymous; you will not be asked to provide your name or any identifying information. The information you provide will be combined with other responses so that a summary of results across participants can be presented in the final report describing the outcome of the study.

The data that is collected from this study will not be linked with any identifying details. Any hard copy data will be stored in a locked filing cabinet in the office of Einar Thorsteinsson for five years after which it will be destroyed in line with Australian ethics guidelines. Electronic data will be kept indefinitely to meet requirements of many academic journals that any data used as a bases for publication, as may be the case with this data, be kept in case future researchers would like to ask further questions of the data in question.

The data may help with teaching and may be used in journal articles and books.   It is anticipated that this research will be completed by the end of 2012.  The results may also be presented at conferences or written up in journals without any identifying information.
