Pasta salad with pesto

Prep time: 
15 mins
Ingredients: 

750 gms of spiral 3 coloured pasta – cooked

Salad dressing

1   jar of basil pesto
2   tablespoons light mayonnaise
¼  cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
1   large chopped red onion
¼  cup chopped black olives
¼  cup grated Romano cheese (parmesan can be used  but Romano tastes a bit  sweeter)


 

Method: 
  1. Mix all dressing ingredients together, taste and season with pepper.
  2. Mix together with pasta and serve at room temp.
