You should note, however, that your contributions may still be available on the Farmer Health website and associated services after your account has been closed.
3.2 If Farmer Health reasonably believes you have breached these Terms and conditions, Farmer Health reserves the right to restrict access t, or terminate your account, with or without notice, and without any liability to you.
4. User participation
4.1 Children’s contributions should be supervised by an adult.
4.2 You may be held legally responsible for the content you submit to Farmer Health interactive services.
4.3 All material published on the Farmer Health website is at the sole discretion of Farmer Health.
4.4 All contributions may be moderated and edited if deemed necessary by Farmer Health
4.5 Your contribution may be removed or not published if it is considered it to be:
4.5.1 Defamatory or otherwise unlawful or that it violates laws regarding harassment, discrimination, racial vilification, privacy or contempt;
4.5.2 Intentionally false or misleading;
4.5.3 An infringement of intellectual property rights or copyright. See below for further information on copyright;
4.5.4 Abusive, offensive or obscene;
4.5.5 Inappropriate, off topic, repetitive or vexatious;
4.5.6 Deliberately provocative of other community members;
4.5.7 Compromising the privacy of other contributors, Farmer Health staff, or contain inappropriate personal information;
4.5.8 Seeking to endorse commercial products or activities or to promote commercial products or services;
4.5.9 Seeking to directly solicit donations;
4.5.10 Deliberately provoking other community members;
4.5.11 Posted on behalf of a suspended member. This may lead to your membership being locked or terminated.
4.7 Farmer Health reserves the right to archive and republish all contributions to its interactive services across all platforms.
4.8 Farmer Health reserves the right to use contributions for internal training purposes.
5. Medical disclaimer
5.1 While the information on Farmer Health has been researched, reviewed and presented with all due care, the content is provided for general education and information only.
5.2 Information on Farmer Health is not intended to replace medical advice from a health professional.
