Pasta patties with bacon and olives

Cook time: 
10-15 mins (approx)
Ingredients: 


300gm      angel hair pasta *

4             rashers of bacon - fat trimmed off and chopped **

1             cup sliced black olives

1             red capsicum - chopped

2             eggs

1/2          cup grated cheese**

Method: 
  1. Cook pasta until soft, then leave to cool
  2. Fry bacon, olives & capsicum
  3. Take off heat
  4. Mix eggs through cooled pasta, then add all other ingredients
  5. Place into patty pan (muffin pan)
  6. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius until golden and egg has set
Notes: 

*  Use  a pasta labelled  gluten free to make this a gluten free recipe

** Try to use low fat and low salt brands if possble
