Pasta patties with bacon and olives

10-15 mins (approx)
Ingredients:
300gm angel hair pasta *
4 rashers of bacon - fat trimmed off and chopped **
1 cup sliced black olives
1 red capsicum - chopped
2 eggs
1/2 cup grated cheese**
Method:
- Cook pasta until soft, then leave to cool
- Fry bacon, olives & capsicum
- Take off heat
- Mix eggs through cooled pasta, then add all other ingredients
- Place into patty pan (muffin pan)
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius until golden and egg has set
Notes:
* Use a pasta labelled gluten free to make this a gluten free recipe
** Try to use low fat and low salt brands if possble
