Salad - green beans with walnut dressing

Ingredients:
- 450 g (14 oz) green beans
- 2 tablespoons walnut oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- black pepper
Method:
- Steam beans for 5-6 minutes until tender.
- Place walnut oil, olive oil, vinegar, mustard and black pepper in a small bowl, whisk to combine.
- Drain the beans and serve hot or cold drizzled with dressing.
