Salad - green beans with walnut dressing

Ingredients: 
  • 450 g (14 oz) green beans
     
  • 2 tablespoons walnut oil
     
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
     
  • 1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
     
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
     
  • black pepper

 

Method: 
  1. Steam beans for 5-6 minutes until tender.
  2. Place walnut oil, olive oil, vinegar, mustard and black pepper in a small bowl, whisk to combine.
  3. Drain the beans and serve hot or cold drizzled with dressing.
