Safety shop policy

Farmer health has provided the safety shop to make it easy for you to buy approved safety products that will help to protect your health and safety. We’ve tried to make the whole process as easy as possible for you.

Payments

We are only able to accept payment for products via the website using a credit or debit card. We are only able to accept Visa or MasterCard.

Despatch and delivery

Please allow 14 days for delivery of your item. If we expect longer delays due to products not being available we will contact you via email.

Security

Your credit card details are encrypted and stored securely to protect your security. Your credit card details will not be passed onto anyone else, or used for any other purpose than to process your payment.
Farmer Health uses the National Australia Bank’s hosted payments service. This secure service uses SSL encryption technologies.  Find out about more information about SSL here.
When you place an order, your details are encrypted. Unencrypted credit card information is NOT stored on our internet servers. Your order is passed onto our office system so we can process your order, this order does not include your credit card details.

Privacy

We collect your personal information so that we can process and deliver your order or as part of an entry to a competition. We may disclose personal information such as your delivery address to a service provider (eg. a courier).  We do not disclose personal information for any other reason.
Under no circumstances will Farmer Health sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.
The Farmer Health site automatically collects anonymous information about our site traffic and other statistics. For example we collect data on how many people have visited the site, which pages are visited and which products have been bought. For more details see our Privacy policy.

Cookies

Farmer Health, like most interactive websites, uses ‘cookies’.  A ‘cookie’ is a small file placed on a user’s machine so that our site can remember and store some information about you and your preferences when you log in.
This information makes it easier for you to use Farmer Health. Cookies allow our servers to keep track of some of your preferences and details between visits to our site. The information stored by the cookie includes information like your online registration details.
This information is only accessible online after you enter your username and password.
Once you have logged in your account will remain open until you quit the browser.
Credit card information is never stored in a cookie and you will need to re enter these details each time you use the safety shop.
Cookies also store website traffic data. This is not used to identify any individual details. It is aggregated information which is only used to evaluate our site features for research purposes.

Email addresses

We will store your email address if you send us a query, place an order or subscribe to an email list. Your email address is used for the purpose you provide it for and for (de-indentified) statistical information. Email addresses are never disclosed for any other purpose.

Spam

Returns policy

If you wish to return a product please notify us by using the Contact us form within seven (7) days of receiving your product. We will only accept returns that have not been opened and that are in the same condition as when we despatched them to you. You will have to pay for the return postage,  unless we have despatched the wrong item.
